2025-2026 Fall Semester International Student Pre-Registration Procedures
 
International students who have completed their final registration at the International Students Coordination Office must follow the steps below in order to register for courses of Enstitute

1. Pre-Registration Requirement

Pre-registration is mandatory for international students to be able to start their education.

2. Pre-Registration Link

A link required for pre-registration will be sent to the email address registered in UBYS. You can access the Pre-Registration Application System using this link.

3. Login Information

You can log in to the Pre-Registration Application System with your Republic of Turkiye Identity Number.

4. Pre-Registration Dates

• Start date: September 1, 2025
• End date: October 24, 2025
